DOCKET2ME

Introducing Document Search

DOCKET2ME members have asked for an easier way to find filings relevant to their cases since we launched.  After many experiments and a lengthy beta test, we are releasing document search.  No more chasing links and downloads.

Here's what it does.

Find documents across all 77 Oklahoma district courts.

Covers every Oklahoma court from January 2023 forward, updated every night.

One search box, broad coverage

Type a keyword and it matches against document titles, issues, dispositions, criminal charges,  attorney names, and party names. You're not picking from a drop down. You're searching the way you'd search anything else.

A few patterns worth knowing:

  • foreclosure smith — every word must appear in the same case
  • "motion to dismiss" — quotes require the exact phrase
  • foreclosure OR replevin — either term matches
  • criminal -DUI — the minus sign excludes

Filter by court, case type, and date

Narrow by one court or several. Narrow by case type. The date range defaults to the last 90 days; adjust it as far back as January 2023. The available courts and case types update based on your current filters, so you only see what's actually in the results.

Read or download

Every result has two buttons. Read opens the document in a browser-native PDF viewer — no download, no new tab, no extra step. Download grabs the file directly if you'd rather have it locally.

Picks up where you left off

Your last search — courts, case types, dates, and keywords — reloads automatically the next time you visit. Keyword history is saved too, so recent searches are one click away.

When results are capped

If a search returns more matches than the page can display, the counter shows the total (e.g. 10,000+) and tells you how to narrow it: tighten the date range, add a court filter, or make the keyword more specific.
